Coal Creek Golf Course Driving Range Tee Renovations, Louisville, CO

The goal of this renovation project is to utilize an existing concrete pad that borders the south end of the Coal Creek driving range grass tee and to install 350 linear feet of continuous artificial turf to enlarge and enhance current operations. The scope of the project includes; (1) provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the project as described in the invitation to bid; (2) coordinate all required permitting; (3) design and coordination services for artificial turf that is durable, has playability (realistic club to turf interaction) and has the ability to use a tee in the turf without additional rubber or specialized tee areas; (4) construction document preparation and coordination; (5) preparation of graphics for public outreach and stake holder meetings; (6) coordinate staging and construction activities around planned events; (7) site work as required; (8) utility coordination and protection; (9) construction / installation of 350 lineal feet of continuous artificial turf; (10) all areas disturbed by construction / installation activities shall be thoroughly cleanup and restored to the City’s satisfaction.
