The City of Medford is accepting quotes for furnishing all supervision, labor, and equipment necessary to complete landscape services at the following locations: Island Renovation (Upper Governors Ave): mobilize appropriate equipment to the job site, scratch out only the necessary areas of excessively damaged lawn, tracking and disposal of debris, delivery of 70-80 yards of screened loam to top-dress island, rake out all new material, spray professional hydroseed, and police detail necessary and to be paid for by the City of Medford. Stone renovation (Yale St Lot): mobilize appropriate equipment to the job site, excavation and removal of overgrowth throughout the beds and removal of all dead shrubs and all Yew bushes along sidewalks, trucking and disposal of material, once beds are cleaned of all vegetation, install geotextile fabric weed mat throughout all beds, purchase and deliver 2-3 triaxles (roughly 75 tons) of 3/4 stone or larger to jobsite, spread all material and rake out for furnished appearance, parking lot to be swept clean upon completion, and installation of 6-8 Bollards on with side of entry/exit with matching Bollards being supplied by the City of Medford.
