Description
The City of Newport Beach is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing the City with janitorial services at 23 City owned buildings. The objective of this Request for Proposal solicitation is to identify the most qualified proposer to provide the requested services over the course of an estimated three (3) year contract term. Additionally, this RFP contains the following optional/additive services: • Janitorial/Portering Services for the City’s 34 park and beach restrooms, and paper product/soap delivery services. • Provision of paper products and hand soap for City facilities and park and beach restrooms. At the City’s discretion, these services may be awarded along with the primary janitorial services scope. Questions are due by 2:00 PM on Sept 14th. Prevailing wages do not apply.
