Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the BLDG 3019 Renovation. Work to include: HVAC system, fire protection, electrical system, data room, plumbing/latrines, doors, interior finishes, interior redesign of space, gypsum wall board (GWB) on the walls and ceiling, floor coverings, window trim, insulation, LED lighting inside, exterior entrance stairs, ramp and exterior signage at the California Army National Guard Training Facility, Camp Roberts, Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
