Description
The work includes renovation of Building 905 at Camp Roberts, to include the design of the interior, exterior and repair of Building 905. Provide Conceptual Design drawings of the building to include, specifications, and Cost Estimate for, Structural Repair, HVAC system, electrical system, plumbing/latrines, doors, addition of ADA accessible Latrines, interior finishes, interior redesign of space, gypsum wall board (GWB) on the walls and Latrine ceilings, T-Bar Ceiling, floor coverings, new windows, window trim, insulation, LED lighting inside and out, exterior entrance stars/ADA Ramp, Dock repair, exterior doors and exterior finishes, and new Standing seam Metal roofing.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
