Description
The construction manager shall provide all Preconstruction Phase Services necessary to establish a GMP, including all Construction Phase Services following Award of the GMP for the school identified in this Project Notification. The Construction Manager may be required to complete portions of the construction on an occupied campus as directed by the Owner. Construction management services are required for the completion of the Core Expansion project at Timber Trace Elementary School to accommodate the current student capacity. Construction will consist of: building addition to increase dining and kitchen areas; remodel core related spaces including clinic, administration, and exterior corridor access; and associated parking and site modifications as required. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
