The proposed construction project is located on Albers Lane from Walnut Ridge Drive to Culp Lane in Bethalto, Illinois. The project length is 630.7 feet (0.119 miles). The work on this project consists of removals, earthwork, lime modified soils, aggregate base, HMA binder and surface courses, PCC Multi-Beam bridge construction, guardrail, driveway pavement, culverts, storm sewer and drainage structures, sanitary sewer,
modified urethane pavement markings, seeding and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the work in the above-described Section according to the plans, specifications, and special provisions. Prevailing wages. EEO requirements. DBE goal is 16 percent.
