Description
The Contractor shall supply all necessary expertise, labor, tools, material, equipment and
transportation along with supervision required to perform building maintenance and station repairs throughout the MTA Light Rail system as directed by Contract Manager or designee. The locations of the facilities are Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Contract duration: 3 years. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Q&A due by 2pm, 9/10/21. MBE goal 30%. Bonds required. Living wages apply.
