Description
The work to be done under this contract consists of scraping off any loose paint, sanding and cleaning ten (10) Bollards and approximately 860 linear feet of Handrails, and application of two (2) layers of Benjamin Moore Corotec High Performance Command high gloss paint located at various locations as shown in attached photos and listed below. Cover concrete bases and sidewalk during painting and remove unwanted debris from each job site.
South Side of Oak and 2nd Street intersection, approx. 300 lf of handrails and 10 bollards.
West side of 2nd Street, opposite City Hall approx. 35 lf railing; SEC of Oak and 1st Street approx. 50 lf railing; Bend of Front St and Oak Streets approx. 150 lf railing; North side of Columbia at 4th Street intersection approx. 200 lf railing; NWC Cascade and 5th Street approx. 120 lf railing; All work is located in Hood River, OR. The project location is described above.
Prequalification is not required; however, applicant must submit with its Bid evidence of qualifications and experience to perform the work.
Bonds and Prevailing Wages Questions regarding the project should be submitted via email to [email protected]. Statements made by Owner or Owner’s representatives will not be binding upon the Owner unless confirmed by written Addendum. The deadline for questions is September 1, 2021 at 12:00 PM (noon) PST.
