Subcontracting Opportunities for New Construction: Klamath Community College Apprenticeship Center, Klamath Falls, OR

Work on this contract includes new building and site improvements for a new KCC Apprenticeship Center within the existing Klamath Community College campus. The site will be prepared for a new owner furnished pre-engineered 4 story training tower with single story annex, and a new contractor provided pre-engineered 31,000 SF metal building, with foundations for each structure coordinated and provided by the contractor. The new building and site will incorporate the following owner provided sub-contacts that the general contractor will be required to coordinate: Fire Training Tower – General contractor to provide foundations for owner provided tower. Design-build photovoltaic panels and supporting system on building roof; Data, Security, Access Control, Audio Visual- General contractor to provide infrastructure (conduit and box) and owner provided contractor to provide wiring and devices; Building signage; Required soils improvements are designed and provided by the contractor. Site improvements include landscaping, paving, pedestrian walks, storm drainage improvements, and utility connections. Alternate bidding for paving and fencing scope is included. Partially funded with Federal Funds. Bonds and prevailing wages.
