Description
Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform building enclosure commissioning (BECx) services for the following project:
The services of this solicitation include enhanced Building Enclosure Commissioning as outlined in the 2021 High Performance Building Standard at the Capitol Hill Complex, North Capitol Building, Capitol Preservation Board. Systems include, but are not limited to, below-grade foundation walls, slabs, opaque walls, fenestration, structural penetrations, low-slope roof, skylight and interior separations around spaces with special humidity and temperature requirements.
