Project Men’s Restroom (main hall): Replace 3 sinks, install new hot water line. (Already teed off in ceiling). Faucet style- One handle (Z86100XL) with Sloan (3326009 mix 60). 3 new Flush Valves- Zurn 6000-WS1-YB-YC s, one toilet that is ADA compliant, two standard sizes toilets. Remove 4 urinals – leaving the middle urinals on each side. Remove partition wall between each of the toilets; patch the floor under partition with new tile. Tile Work. Patch floor and replace tile under old urinals. Patch floor from removing 3rd toilet, replace tile. New tile on wall and floor from removing walls between toilets. Add a 2 by 2ft drop ceiling over the entire restroom, new LED lights, and run new vent for heat/ac. Close off heat/ac return. Install new solid plastic partitions and doors for 3 toilet. Ladies Restroom-back hallway: Replace 2 sinks; install new hot water line. (Already teed off in ceiling). Faucet style- One handle (Z86100XL) with Sloan (3326009 mix 60). Remove all four toilets; replace 3 new flush valves- Zurn 6000-WS1-YB-YC; one toilet that is ADA compliant, two standard sizes toilets. New solid plastic partitions and doors for three toilets. Patch and tile floor under 3rd toilet.
