RFP Bountiful/Woods Cross 5th South PCE Plume NPL Site Operable Unit 2 - Soil Vapor Extraction System, Bountiful UT

Proposals are sought for the construction of the remedial action consisting of construction of the source area remediation via soil vapor extraction for the Bountiful/Woods Cross 5th South PCE Plume Site located in Davis County, Utah. Contact information for property owners is included in the Special Terms and Conditions as Exhibit “C”. The remedial action is to be completed in accordance with this RFP, and any Addenda issued prior to receipt of proposals. A complete description of Work is set forth in this RFP. The Offeror's attention is specifically directed to the Remedial Action Drawings and the Technical Specifications included in Attachment C (Scope of Work). This entire RFP must be reviewed for a complete description of the project and its requirements. Cost proposals must include all expenses necessary to complete the Work. Bonds and insurance. he contract resulting from this RFP will be for FIVE (5) years or as soon as the resulting project is complete, whichever comes sooner.
