Description
Must have been Pre-qualified during Stage 1 for Generator Replacement at the Fortitude Treatment Center, DOC, Division of Adult Probation and Parole, Salt Lake City UT. The intended work encompasses the purchasing, installation, and testing of a new 750 Kw generator and new life safety transfer switch, as shown on the drawings. It is the intent of this project to deliver a turn-key, fully compliant installation. Contractor will be required to make all necessary adjustments to the electrical system required to meet code and accommodate installation of the new and remodeled work. Location of items shown on the drawings are partially based on as-built drawings and may contain error. The contractor shall verify the correctness of the information shown prior to bidding and provide such labor and material as is necessary to accomplish the intent of the contract documents.
