Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed proposals for the establishment of a five year term contract for Concrete and Joint Repair Services (i.e. construction joints, expansion joints, control joints, contraction joints, brick structures) for a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for The Noman M. Cole Pollution Control Plant which is located at 9399 Richmond Highway, Lorton, VA 22079. (NMCPCP) to establish throughout the Plants’ facilities. This contract will begin on the date of award, and terminate two (2) years after award date. Q&A due by 10am, 9/1/21. Bonds required.
