Proposal for the Construction of Parks in Hodges, Troy and the City of Greenwood, SC

Greenwood County (“Owner”) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for the construction and/or renovation of four parks at the following locations in Greenwood County: Hodges, Troy, the City of Greenwood (Magnolia Park and Foundry Park). The Park in Hodges is located at 4806 Main Street, Hodges, SC 29653 (GPIN #: 6829-078-529). The Park in Troy (named Wisteria Park) is located on Main Street West in Troy, SC (GPIN #s: 6708-649-629 and 6708-635-618). Foundry Park will be located on Foundry Road in Greenwood, SC (GPIN #: 6855-515-137). Magnolia Park is located at 244 Magnolia Avenue, Greenwood, SC 29648 (GPIN #: 6855-018-935). The four parks’ projects will consist of, but is not limited to, grading, paving, parking lots, concrete paths, pavilion structures and restroom facilities. The work will be completed and ready for final payment within 300 calendar days after the date when contract times commence to run. The County would like to begin work on Oct. 25,2021 and have substantial completion by August 21, 2022.
