Description
Construction of a new Volunteer Fire Station for the Brownsfield area of Baton Rouge.
Project includes site paving, and a 7,045s.f. wood framed / masonry building with a three-dock truck bay. Project also includes housing facilities and office space. The entire contract shall be completed in all detail and ready for final acceptance within Two Hundred
Seventy (270) calendar days, after date stipulated in the Notice to Proceed. Insurance Required. Bonds.
