Description
Work on this Contract consists of removal of the existing exterior deck and the infill
construction of a Conference Room and exit hall to the west side of the existing Salmon
Harbor Marina office building. The approximate size of the infill addition is 320 sq. ft.
Work will include selective deck demolition, new floor, wall, and roofing. Construction to
match existing. Bonds and prevailing Wages.
