Description
The Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, personnel, and equipment for the maintenance and replacement of cable guiderail and guardrail components as needed. This is a Small Business Enterprise Program project, and as such, will be restricted to businesses with a gross income of not more than $1.5 million, excluding materials during the previous calendar year. Only contractors currently certified as an SBE contractor by the Contractual Services Unit of NCDOT and listed in the Directory of Transportation Firms at bid opening will be eligible to bid on this project. Bid bonds not required.
