Description
This Contract is for Roadway Construction Services that pertain to only
Construction Engineering, Construction Inspection and Critical Path Method
(CPM) Analyses. This Contract does not include Roadway Construction Services
that pertain to Construction Electrical Inspection Services, Construction Claims and
Construction Claim Analysis, Construction Environmental Engineering and
Inspection, Construction Source Inspection and Material Engineering, Specialty
Construction Engineering and Specialty Construction Inspection, or Construction
Material Sampling and Testing Services. Actual construction services are excluded. Term is 5 years. DVBE required participation is 5 percent.
