Description
The general custodial cleaning scope for the Stephanie Street Campus is that there are six (6) buildings located on Stephanie
Street and East Flamingo and that this is a daytime only- 6:30am to 1:00pm- (varying times provided on specification sheets)
cleaning contract. Floor cleanings’ (VCT, Carpet, LVT, Epoxy, & Tile/Grout) will need to be scheduled with each buildings’
point of contact for evening/weekend access. The combined Net Square Footage is 19,948: Breakdown is Tile: 10,331/
Epoxy: 1,232/ Carpet: 8,385. Technical floor specifications are provided for the LVT (luxury vinyl tile) & Epoxy flooring,
located in the Automotive Building. Carpet is required to be cleaned every 3 months (quarterly)/ VCT, LVT, & Tile/Grout is required to be cleaned every 6 months, unless is becomes dull or scuffed & needs more service. You are required to provide paper products and soap for each building. Questions are due by Sept 7th @ 3:00 PM. Bonds required.
