*New Bid Date* Wells 1 & 25 Rehabilitation: Install New Pumps & Rehab Water Production Wells, Mammoth CA

Completion of well rehabilitation and supply and install new well equipment for two (2) water production wells owned by MCWD (Well 1 & Well 25). Please note: Bidder’s attention is directed to Section 2 ‘Time of Completion’ of the Contract included in Appendix B. Well 1 and Well 25 are actively used water production wells that are currently supplying water to the Town of Mammoth Lakes, which is currently only utilizing groundwater due to an ongoing drought in the project area. Submission of schedules, and compliance with approved schedules, will be a critical part of this project. The District is committed to working closely with the successful bidder in order to minimize the time Well 1 and Well 25 are off-line. Mammoth Community Water District would like this work performed by the end of 2021. Given the unprecedented demand on the water well industry this year, we understand this may be a challenge and will work with the winning bidder on a mutually acceptable schedule.
