Description
The Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Janitorial Maintenance Company to provide Janitorial and Floor Maintenance Services at OC San Plant 1 Facilities, 10844 Ellis Avenue, Fountain Valley, California, and Plant 2 Facilities, 22212 Brookhurst St, Huntington Beach, California. There are approximately 650 employees/Contract employees at OC San. Janitorial maintenance services shall be provided 7 days per week with night shift coverages within the process areas located at each plant location. Project duration is 1 year plus 4 optional one year renewals. Questions are due by 2:00 PM on Sept 6th. Prevailing wages apply.
