Description
The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary to provide landscape maintenance services as stated in the RFP specifications. Prices shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months from bid award date. Contingent upon the availability of funds, and the ability of the Contractor to honor the prices, the City reserves the right to renew the existing contract for an additional twelve (12) month period. Insurance Required.
