Main Substation Rebuild, Grafton, OH

Work consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment to complete the project scope for the construction of a new 69kV to 12.47kV Main Substation at their existing Vivian Drive Main Substation and for the East Substation. requiring a 15kV switch replacement, line and distance protection relay replacements. The new Main Substation on Vivian Drive will consist of the following major equipment that will be furnished by the Village of Grafton to be installed by the contractor: structures, bussing and switches; one 69kV SF6 circuit breaker; two 69kV SF6 circuit switchers; two 10MVA, 69kV to 12.47kV transformers; five outdoor circuit reclosers; three 1200A circuit breakers; thirteen 333kVA voltage regulators; and one control building with nine (9) relay panels. The East Substation construction will consist of the following major equipment that will be furnished by the Village to be installed by the contractor: one 15kV GOAB switch; one SEL-351; an one SEL-387E. The contractor shall furnish all labor to install the Village furnished equipment; and the contractor shall furnish and install all other material and labor to provide for a complete substation.
