Installation of Septic System, Site Materials, and Concrete Services, Nantucket, MA

The Work consists of the installation of a septic system, floor drain containment tank system, supply of readymix concrete and related site work and as more specifically described in the attached contract specifications. The Contractor shall provide all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item. The successful Contractor shall commence work within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the Notice to Proceed or, in the absence of such a notice, of the date of execution of a contract with the Town, and to fully complete the project within the time limit stated in the Contract Documents.
