Description
Contractor to remove existing pre-heat coils and associated piping in the East and West Fan Rooms. Furnish and install two new heating coils, associated piping, steam traps, and new condensate return pumps with complete piping and electrical work in each fan room. All work to be in accordance with plans and specifications. Completion of work to be by 11/30/21. Work to be completed within 90 calendar days of Notice to Proceed.
