Description
Scope will include removal of the entire north parking lot asphalt, including existing adjacent
concrete walkways and curbs, trees, center median, irrigation, picnic pavilion, picnic tables, barbeques, and one (1) drinking
fountain. A new subterranean drainage system will be installed under the new parking lot to catch water runoff for proper
filtration, new asphalt, striping, new curb and gutter, new walkways, new trees and drip irrigation, new picnic pavilion, new
accessible tables, and one (1) new drinking fountain. To complete this project, the intersection adjacent to the entrance into the parking lot will be redesigned and properly striped to provide a safe path of travel for park users utilizing the multi-use trail. Project duration is 75 working days. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Sept 8th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
