Description
The single overall bid includes but is not limited to, mobilization, removal of existing curb, earthwork, grading and the construction of a new 48'x36' pole barn, electrical work, reinforced concrete slab, concrete curb, PVC coated fence and gate, drainage, restoration and all other work and incidentals appurtenant thereto as directed by the Engineer, in a neat, competent and skilled manner. All work on this contract shall be completed within 127 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
