Description
The Township of Old Bridge is seeking proposals for the Startup, Shutdown, Maintenance & Inspection of the Compressors System at the John Piccolo Ice Arena. To include, but not limited too: Responsible for performing the startup of system. Open all valves, tighten all belts, lubricate all motors, clean out condenser tank, clean out nozzles, check for leaks, change filter (if needed), grease fan shaft bearings, startup compressors and make sure working properly. Pump all refrigerant into low pressure receiver. Isolate compressors, pumper drums and valves. Sample of oil, test for leaks. Inspection following tasks must be performed once each year during shutdown to prepare for the next season. Prevailing wages apply.
