This Specification is for services to provide commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance and repair including quarterly inspections and seasonal, preventative maintenance. Services must be performed in accordance with the service requirements in this specification and the attachments listed in the solicitation at the locations specified on the Pricing Schedule. Attachments include: 1.1. Attachment A - HVAC Quarterly and Seasonal Service Requirements 1.2. Attachment B - Quarterly and Seasonal Maintenance Service Checklist. Offices are located in the following cities: Bonham, Paris (2), Clarksville, Sherman, Cooper, Emory, Sulphur Springs, Denison, Greenville & Mt. Vernon. Bonds required.
