Description
The City of Danville will accept bids for Asbestos Abatement & Demolition (Project #109) for five properties in Danville. Attached is the bid document for the first property, 342 Stephens St, the additional bid documents can be downloaded from this link: http://www.danvilleva.gov/Bids.aspx?BidID=2646 Bids may be made for each individual structure or all structures as a group. Awards may be made to the lowest responsible bidder for each structure, or to one bidder according to the lowest responsible grand total bid for all structures. Awards may also be determined by the contractor that completes the work in the least amount of days, regardless of costs. Bid amounts must be provided for each structure and must be invoiced separately so that a lien may be placed on each property. Bonds may be required.
