Description
The City of Deltona is seeking a qualified and experienced Vendor/Contractor to provide new sidewalk installations and repairs of existing sidewalks on an as needed basis in accordance with the specifications within this bid and all applicable code requirements. Effective date for this contract is estimated to begin on October 1, 2021. Terms of this agreement shall be for two (2) years with three (3) additional one (1) year renewal periods upon mutual agreement by both parties. The Vendor/Contractor shall have all applicable licenses and insurance required to perform this work. Work hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
