Description
Sealed Bids for construction of Additions and Renovations to Washington County CC Porter Animal Shelter, located at 27252 Porter Lane, Abingdon, Virginia 24211. The Project generally consists of the complete removal of existing kennels, including concrete footings, concrete slab on grade, Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) and chain-link fence wall construction, plywood ceilings, wood roof trusses, existing roofing, and all related plumbing, HVAC, and electrical amenities. The existing office building shall remain but will receive a roof modification, new roofing, new guttering and downspouts and new exterior and interior paint. Q&A due by 5pm, 9/20/21. Bonds required.
