The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of Broad St @ 16th St Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon Project (UPC 111164), to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to installation of traffic signal poles, conduits, junction boxes, wireless communication, traffic signal heads for Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB), pedestrian signal indicator (countdown), signage, sidewalk, wheelchair ramps and crosswalk markings. MBE goal 10%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
