Upsala Drive Drainage Improvements, County of El Paso, TX

The project consists of but is not limited to the following: The County of El Paso, Texas is seeking a qualified Contractor for the County’s Upsala Drive Drainage Improvements. The County is requesting a lump sum base bid. The contractor shall demolish and dispose of the current low water crossing located on Upsala Road. The contractor shall reconstruct the low water crossing using reinforced concrete paving, install guard rails, signs, and maintenance road into the arroyo in accordance with the attached contract documents. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all the tools, materials, equipment, qualified labor, and supervision needed to complete the project in its entirety as part of this lump sum project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
