Description
The Project consists of modernizing the existing “out of service" elevator in the S.E. hoist
way of the Coulter Building located at 601 S. Jefferson St, Roanoke, VA. 24011. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Q&A due 7 days prior to bid. Bonds required.
