Description

This project includes the renovation of both the men’s and women’s locker rooms at the Westminster Family Fitness Center. The contractor shall: A. Both Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms 1. Replace counter tops to include 4 each undermount bowls using HDP countertops and porcelain bowls. 2. Install new faucets, traps, supply lines, and ADA trap covers on new bowls. 3. Install new outlets and outlet covers. 4. Install new soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers. 5. Install new poly toilet partitions using same locations as existing. 6. Install new toilet tissue dispensers and coat hooks. 7. Install 47 total single tier lockers 12’x24’x72. B. Women’s Locker Room Only: Install one new GFI outlet in women’s changing area. C. Men’s Locker Room Only: Replace changing room and entry way flooring with luxury vinyl flooring approved by owner. Q&A due by 4:30pm, 9/14/21. Bonds required. Prevailing wages may apply.
