Description

This request for bids is for a one-year contract, with the options for the City, in its discretion, to renew for two additional one-year terms, for cleaning services for three separate City buildings. The City reserves the right to award different facility contracts to different bidders. The respondent firm ("Firm") must have a minimum of five (5) years professional experience in commercial cleaning services. The City intends to award a one-year contract with the option to renew for two additional years. Q&A due by 4:30pm, 9/8/21. Bonds required. Prevailing wages may apply.
