Description
This project is for the construction of the F.D.R. Boulevard - Phase 3A Road Project (lot 1) from MD 237 – Chancellor’s Run Rd. to Buck Hewitt Road., a total distance of 0.8+ mile. Scope consists of: : Construction of roadway improvements of F.D.R. Boulevard, including all earthwork, roadways, sidewalks, structures, curbing, storm drainage, storm water management, erosion and sediment control, utility adjustments, roundabouts, intersections, landscaping, pavement markings, signs, and street lighting facilities, in Great Mills and Lexington Park, MD. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 548 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed. Q&A due by noon, 9/8/21. Bonds required.
