The intent and purpose of this Bid is to solicit competitive sealed bids to a establish a term
contract with one qualified firm to provide Janitorial Services for District 19 Community Services Board location named Emporia/Greensville Clinic located at 1101 Greensville County Circle, Emporia VA 23847. The areas to be cleaned for janitorial services in the building consist of approximately 3792 square feet. Period Of Contract: From October 01, 2021 Through September 30, 2022 (*Renewable). (*Four (4) Optional Successive One Year Renewal Periods). Q&A due 5 days prior to bid.
