Description
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of
the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents (“the Project”), which includes:
Pavement restoration in the District of Columbia in the area bounded by the northeast
boundary of DC, the southeast boundary of DC, the Potomac river, and the Anacostia
river. Work locations will be given to the Contractor in writing prior to starting work. This solicitation is designated ONLY for District of Columbia Certified Business Enterprises (CBE) and Small Business Enterprises (SBE). The Contract shall have a base term of one (1) year, with four (4) one (1) year options. Q&A due 10 days prior to bid. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
