Description
This project will upgrade the lake located in the Cherrydale Subdivision neighborhood in Hanover County. The Scope of Work will include, but not be limited to: dredging (approx. 12,000 cy) and disposal; wetland bench creation; addition of two forebays; aeration system installation; landscape buffers; construction of access roads; traffic control; upgrades to the impoundment structure spillways and embankment; and other appurtenances; and sanitary sewer line replacement and design utility work; Work to be completed within 120 days of selected start date. Q&A due by noon, 9/21/21. Bonds required.
