Description
The City of Eugene intends to award up to three Price Agreements for provision of on-call Professional
Land Surveying Services to support the City’s Public Works Engineering Division. Contracted services are
anticipated to include but not limited to establishing systems of horizontal and vertical control; establishing
boundary and right-of-way locations for city properties, streets and easements; writing and interpreting
legal property descriptions and preparing exhibit maps; resolving boundary problems resulting from
inaccurate or inconclusive descriptions; providing permanent monumentation; providing updated records
and mapping to Lane County Surveyor’s office. The City anticipates a potential volume of 44 capital
projects over a (2) two to (3) three-year period.
