Description
Sealed bids are invited for the Roof Replacement at Ironto Chemical Storage Building, 5375 North Fork Rd, Elliston, VA 24087. This Invitation for Bid is generally described as the removal and replacement of the existing roof, gutters, and downspouts as shown and detailed on the drawings. The building is single story approx. 2,280 SF and currently being used to store equipment/material. Work to be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications includes, but is not limited to selective demolition, rough carpentry, EPDM roofing, sheet metal flashing & trim and painting. This solicitation is a set-aside for DSBSD-certified small business participation only. Q&A due 6 days prior to bid. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
