Description
The State Corporation Commission (SCC) is seeking sealed bids to provide services to replace the roof of the Tyler Building at 1300 E. Main St, Richmond, VA 23219. The SCC desires to complete the services as soon as possible. Substantial completion shall be achieved within six (6) months following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All work must be performed during business hours.
