Description
The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to; pulverizing the existing asphalt parking areas and installing a new 3” asphalt overlay, installing a new parking lot expansion including 3” AC on 8” ABC parking section, irrigation conduit, electrical conduit, parking lights, pavement markings, and required drainage infrastructure for the site. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. This work shall take place starting at the City Campus Property located at 760 East McNeil in Show Low, Arizona, 85901.
