Description
Sealed bids are invited for the construction/renovation of Old Dominion University’s
Kaufman Hall Restroom Renovation. The Scope of Work shall consist of and is generally described as renovation of the existing restrooms to update fixtures, accessories, and finishes. Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work will be required to support the renovation. New sanitary piping within crawl space and below grade will be provided. Only one set of restrooms will be available at any one time. Building will be occupied during the contract. SBE goal 50%. Q&A due by 2pm, 9/8/21. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
