Description
The Chandler Unified School District is seeking qualified Construction Management at Risk firms (CMAR) to provide complete construction services including but not limited to design assistance, budget estimating, value engineering, scheduling and constructability analysis as required for the successful completion of the Hamilton High Kitchen Renovations Project. The scope of work for the Hamilton High Kitchen Renovations project shall include, but not be limited to the following activities: Demolition of current kitchen, New kitchen equipment, New serving line equipment, Upgrade MPE as needed, Reconfigure Ansel/Fire sprinkler systems, Flooring and FRP, and Addition of walk in cooler/freezer. Deadline for questions is September 7, 2021.
