Description
The Jacksonville Housing Authority is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for replacement of interior lighting lamps and fixtures throughout the Twin Towers Buildings A & B with new LED fixtures using existing electrical conductors. The intent is to replace all existing incandescent, CFL, fluorescent, and other non-LED lighting fixtures with new LED fixtures to reduce electrical usage and maintain a safe and comfortable work
environment.
Scope of Work includes removing all existing non-LED fixtures (fixture for fixture) in the following areas of the two buildings including offices, common areas, breakrooms, and stairwells with new LED fixtures. All quantities provided are approximate – fixture counts to be verified by the Proposer. Bonds are not necessary for this solicitation.
